This is a reference for the login URLs associated with each carrier and institution by Swivel Sync.

  • Adding or updating login sources - use this list to confirm you are entering credentials that correspond to a supported URL
  • Troubleshooting login error (e.g. invalid username/password) - reference the carrier and verify the URL you are using to access that carrier’s website matches the supported URL listed. Some carriers operate multiple portals for different user types (e.g. agents vs. policy owners). It is important you are logging in through the correct URL before attempting to link in Swivel Sync.
