Using Credentials for an Unsupported Portal URL

Global Atlantic has multiple portal websites. Swivel Sync only supports linking from the professionals.globalatlantic.com portal. If you attempt to link a login source from any of the following URLs, Swivel Sync won’t be able to authenticate or retrieve data:

• https://www.globalatlanticannuity.com/
• https://www.globalatlanticlink.com/AgentWeb/

To resolve:

1. Confirm your login source is configured to credentials for the supported login URL. If applicable, edit or update the login source configured.
2. Navigate to the supported portal at https://auth.login.globalatlantic.com/user/login and confirm you can sign in with your Global Atlantic credentials.
3. Return to Swivel Sync and re-attempt the link.
