Using Templates for one-on-one emails

Send Emails

1. Navigate to the Contact and < click the Email button in the engagement bar.
2. Complete the email wizard and using the Select Template button and choosing the desired template.
3. Click Next and confirm the Send.

Tip

🔍 Tip: The email will be sent to the contact’s primary email address as well as logged in the communication log.
