Submitted & Completed Graphs

Submitted and Completed Graphs provide a visual summary of submitted and completed activity based on qualifying transactions associated with products. These graphs help track submitted amounts over time and identify trends by product line.

The graphs show two bars per product line:

  • Submitted bar - displays work brought in during the selected period
  • Completed bar - displays work that finalized during the selected period

The two bars deliberately overlap. A transaction submitted in April and completed in May appears in both April’s Submitted bar and May’s Completed bar. Do not add them together. They are answering two different questions:

  • Submitted: “How much new business did we bring in during this period?”
  • Completed: “How much new business was completed during this period?”

Depending on your permissions, Submitted Graphs may display:

  • Current Week Submitted
  • Current Month Submitted
  • Current Year Submitted

Submitted Graphs are available from the Dashboard and can be shown or hidden using Configure Widgets.

How Submitted and Completed Graphs Are Calculated

Section titled “How Submitted and Completed Graphs Are Calculated”

Submitted and Completed values are calculated using transactions associated with products.

A transaction contributes to Submitted figures when:

  • The product has a Submitted Date within the selected time period
  • The transaction status is Pending or Complete
  • The transaction value is positive
  • The transaction type is configured to count toward Submitted activity

Negative-value transactions are excluded from Submitted calculations.

A transaction contributes to Completed figures when:

  • The product has a Submitted Date within the selected time period
  • The transaction status is Complete
  • The transaction was marked as Complete during the selected time period
  • The transaction type is configured to count toward Submitted activity

Submitted Graphs display activity across three timeframes:

Displays submitted activity for the current week.

Displays submitted activity for the current month.

Displays submitted activity for the current year.

Use the Filter By dropdown to narrow results to:

  • All product lines
  • A specific product line

Filters only affect Submitted Graphs and do not impact other Dashboard widgets.

To manage Submitted Graph visibility:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard

  2. Select Configure Widgets

  3. Locate Submitted Graphs

  4. Enable or disable:

    • Weekly Submitted
    • Monthly Submitted
    • Yearly Submitted

You can display individual periods or show all Submitted Graphs at once.

The Submitted Goals section compares goal targets against actual submitted activity.

Actual values are calculated automatically using qualifying transactions associated with products submitted during the selected period.

This removes the need to separately track submitted production outside of transactions.

Submitted production is attributed to the Agent of Record associated with the product.

Production is not assigned based on who entered the transaction.

Products without an Agent of Record appear under Unassigned. These values still contribute to overall totals.

Users may see a My Submitted Goals section displaying only submitted activity associated with products where they are the Agent of Record.

Select the information icon ⓘ next to Submitted sections to view additional details about:

  • Which transactions count toward Submitted activity
  • Examples of qualifying transaction types
  • Configuration guidance when no qualifying transaction types exist

This can help explain why transactions are or are not included in Submitted figures.

  • Qualifying activity exists for the selected period

Common reasons include:
